Pro-active refill is how Moore differentiates itself from its competitors with large customers. Under this method, Moore installs its “Moore” cabinets containing office supplies at its clients’ premises and regularly monitors stock levels in the cabinets to ensure that they are adequate to meet the clients’ requirements. As opposed to the direct distribution method, ownership of the office supplies under the “Moore” system is retained by Moore until the item is removed from the cabinets by the customer.
